Buying a gun Online:

It is becoming very common practice to purchase a firearm online.  The key pieces to understand are easy, and are as follows:

- You need to make sure the firearm/ silencer/ magazine capacity you are purchasing is legal to own in your state, consult a local FFL Dealer to confirm.

- The firearm needs to be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer (Like us at FGS) and they will receive the firearm in their log book, and then transfer the firearm to you the buyer.

- All firearms sold on Finnysgunshop.com will require proof of FFL-ship to OR require an in-person background check to purchase.  If no FFL is provided within 3 business days, the online order will be canceled.

- IF you are local to FGS and would like to pick up and do paperwork in person, just email us with the product you'd like to buy and we will reserve it for you - you can pay when you pickup the firearm!  Email us at @ finnysgunshopllc@gmail.com
